MPOM made a donation of 2 Physician Safety Shields to the Chair of Anesthesia at Lincoln Medical Center during the Covid-19 crisis

Chair of MPOM was an Attendee and presenter at the Clinton Global Initiative Action network conference 2019 held in USVI. There she spoke about the a new commitment project in the session focused on Dominica.

Thanks to MPOM executive members, the OECS and Direct Relief now have a sign agreement to ensure the islands are have emergency medications and supplies before the hurricane a hurricane comes.

Shanita Scotland RN and Chair of MPOM was a delegate with the Clinton Global Initiative action network on a trip to Dominica June 15th to 17 2019. There they met with council members of the Kalinago territory, Prime minister, ministers of government and NGOs to discuss needs the island needs and ways they can help.

Direct Relief and MPOM from 6/26/19 to 7/2/19 visited different projects or future projects direct relief has either donated to or are interested in sponsoring.
